            The AS Series is 100% non-shedding organic synthetic microfiber constructed with two polypropylene spun bond nonwoven layers and one layer of melt blown synthetic micro fibers.  The multiple layered construction of the “AS” series enhances depth loading to achieve full media utilization and the longest service life possible.

            The filter is constructed of modular pocket assemblies within a non-corrosive, galvanized header frame with rolled edges and flush mitered corners.  The media shall be sewn with double lock stitch edges and a thermoplastic synthetic sealant on all spacer stitches to provide a leak-free construction.  Ideal for applications requiring an absence of glass micro fibers and economical price.  Available in 45%, 65%, 85% and 95% efficiencies.
