This intake pre-filter is in blanket form designed to fully cover the intake filter bank. This 2 ply Tackified media utilizes our unique PBT-32™ Tackifier which will greatly lengthen the service life of the more expensive panel filters. When installed with the unique Ziplock™ system particle by-pass is eliminated and overall filtration cost is reduced by changing the economical blankets many times before needing to change the final filters. In addition to the material cost savings, labor costs and down time are minimized. #990 is available in standard size blankets, rolls and custom cut pads for various applications. Ziplock™ channels are available in 10’ or 5’ lengths and are easily cut to size at installation. The Viskon-Aire application guide will provide the proper part numbers for your spray booth.
